投资推广助理经理（成都）
你将协助投资推广总监及投资推广高级经理在驻成都经济贸易办事处（驻成都办）负责的省市包括重庆、四川、贵州、西藏、陕西和青海，推动引进香港的外来投资推广工作。我们期望你积极追求业绩及成效，亦应具备团队协作精神，通过联系成都的潜在投资者，与团队共同实现绩效目标。
工作范围
1. 协助投资推广总监及投资推广高级经理在驻成都办负责的省市内，推动引进香港的外来投资推广工作；
2. 通过调研以制定目标企业名单，并收集有关行业的市场情报和信息；
3. 协助筹划市场及投资推广活动；
4. 适时处理潜在投資者的查询；
5. 更新和维护客户端数据库并编写各种投资推广报告；
6. 为投资推广小组提供行政支持；
7. 利用各种方式（包括客户关系管理系统、电子邮件和文件档案）妥善记录透过上述活动得到的联系人和潜在客户数据；
8. 协助驻成都办举办的其他活动；
9. 履行投资推广总监及投资推广高级经理指定的其他职务。
入职条件

(a) |
具有大学学士学位或同等资历，专业为工商管理、财务学、经济学、国际市场学或与创新科技有关的科目为佳；持有更高学历者获优先考虑；
|
|
(b) |
具有不少于2年的全职工作经验，从事有关 (i) 企业客户关系管理；(ii) 市场推广及活动统筹；或 (iii) 投资或贸易推广。拥有促进外来投资或经济发展方面的知识尤佳；
|
|
(c) |
具香港生活和/或就业的经验为佳； 并愿意在内地及香港出差；
|
|
(d) |
具备良好的中英文书面和普通话及英语口语能力，具高水平的其他内地方言为佳；
|
|
(e) |
具备良好的计算机技能和知识，须善于使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint。

Assistant Manager, Investment Promotion(Chengdu)
You will support the Head of Investment Promotion and Senior Manager of Investment Promotion in driving the promotion work for inward investment to Hong Kong in the geographic markets under the purview of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Chengdu (Chengdu ETO) including Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Xizang (Tibet), Shaanxi and Qinghai. With a strong drive for results and impact, you are expected to be a good team player aiming to achieve performance targets, through reaching out to potential investors in Chengdu.
Duties and Responsibilities

(1) |
To assist Head of Investment Promotion and Senior Manager of Investment Promotion in driving the promotion work for inward investment to Hong Kong in the geographic markets under the purview of the Chengdu ETO;

(2) |
To conduct research to identify lists of target companies and to collect market intelligence and information on the sectors of interest;
|
|
(3) |
To assist in organising marketing and investment promotion activities;
|
|
(4) |
To handle enquiries in a timely manner from potential investors;
|
|
|
|
|
(5) |
To update and maintain the client database and compile statistics for various investment promotion reports;
|
|
(6) |
To provide administrative support to the Investment Promotion Unit;
|
|
(7) |
To maintain proper records of the contacts and leads generated as well as the aforementioned activities via various means including CRM, emails and file record;
|
|
(8) |
To support the Chengdu ETO activities as and when required; and
|
|
|
|
|
(9) |
To perform any other duties as assigned by Head of Investment Promotion and Investor Support Officer.
|
Entry Requirements
(a) A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Marketing or subjects related to Innovation and Technology; a higher degree would be an advantage;
(b) At least 2 years’ full-time work experience in (i) corporate account relationship management; (ii) marketing and event management; or (iii) investment or trade promotion. Knowledge of investment promotion or economic development is an advantage;
(c) Experience of living and/or doing business in Hong Kong would be an asset; and willing to travel within the Mainland and to Hong Kong;
(d) A strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English with excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Putonghua; and
(e) Good command of computer skills and knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint are essential.
Salary Range Before Tax
Starting from RMB6,230 (including individual contribution to social insurance and housing provident fund)
