投资推广高级经理
你将协助投资推广总监在驻成都经济贸易办事处(驻成都办)负责的省市包括重庆、四川、贵州、西藏、陕西和青海，推动引进香港的外来投资推广工作。我们期望你对内地市场的各个行业及香港的整体营商环境有一定的认识，工作能够目标主导及以客为本，并具备优越的销售及客户管理技巧。
职责
1. 协助投资推广总监在驻成都经济贸易办事处(驻成都办)负责的省市内，推动引进香港的外来投资推广工作；
2. 协助推展年度业务计划，以促进对香港的外来投资；
3. 制定目标企业名单，特别是投资推广署总部所确立的优先行业及可在香港创造有价值就业的企业；
4. 通过市场推广活动及与企业的会面，主动联系目标企业，并为有潜力的企业提供适时的建议和实际的帮助；
5. 向为前往内地进行投资推广活动的投资推广署总部首长级人员及行业小组安排行程及提供支持；
6. 与当地政府部门及相关机构建立联系网络，以提升他们对香港及投资推广署的认识；
7. 收集有关行业的市场情报和信息；
8. 利用各种方式（包括客户关系管理系统、电子邮件和文件档案）妥善记录透过上述活动得到的联系人和潜在客户数据；
9. 协助驻成都办举办的其他活动；以及
10. 履行投资推广总监指定的其他职务。
入职条件

(a) |
具有大学学士学位或同等资历，专业为工商管理、财务学、经济学、国际市场学或与创新科技有关的科目为佳；持有更高学历者获优先考虑；

(b) |
具有不少于5年从事国际销售和/或业务发展的管理经验，拥有在国际化机构、促进外来投资或经济发展方面的经验尤佳；
|
|
(c) |
具备良好的中英文书面和口语能力，并具有良好的英语和普通话表达及沟通技巧; 以及
|
|
(d) |
广泛了解驻成都办负责省市的商业环境和相关的工作经验尤为重要; 具香港生活和/或就业的经验为佳; 并愿意在内地及香港出差。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic candidate to fill the important position of Senior Manager of the Chengdu team.
InvestHK is the department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investment in Hong Kong. Its dedicated Chengdu team promote Hong Kong as a platform for Mainland companies to go global.

Senior Manager, Investment Promotion
You will support the Head of Investment Promotion in Chengdu in driving the promotion work for inward investment to Hong Kong in the geographic markets under the purview of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Chengdu (Chengdu ETO) including Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Xizang (Tibet), Shaanxi and Qinghai. You are expected to possess sound knowledge of the Mainland markets across all sectors, as well as the general business environment of Hong Kong. Being highly goal driven and client centric, you should demonstrate excellent sales and client management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities

(1) |
To assist Head of Investment Promotion in Chengdu in driving the promotion work for inward investment to Hong Kong in the geographic markets under the purview of the Chengdu ETO;
|
|
(2) |
To assist in implementing the annual geographic business plan for promoting inward investment to Hong Kong;
|
|
(3) |
To devise the list of target companies, in particular in priority sectors as identified by the Invest Hong Kong Head Office and those that can create valued employment in Hong Kong; |
|
|
|
|
(4) |
To proactively reach out to target companies via conducting marketing activities and promotional campaigns as well as individual company visits and to provide timely advice and practical assistance to potential investors;
|
|
(5) |
To organise and support investment promotion visits by sector teams and directorate from Invest Hong Kong Head Office;
|
|
(6) |
To develop links and networks with business multiplier organisations and identify opportunities that can help raise the profile of Hong Kong and Invest Hong Kong;
|
|
(7) |
To collect market intelligence and information on the sectors of interest; |
|
|
|
|
(8) |
To maintain proper records of the contacts and leads generated as well as the aforementioned activities via various means including CRM, emails and file record;
|
|
(9) |
To support the Chengdu ETO activities as and when required; and
|
|
(10) |
To perform any other duties as assigned by Head of Investment Promotion in Chengdu. |
Entry Requirements
(a) A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Marketing or subjects related to Innovation and Technology; a higher degree would be an advantage;
(b) Minimum of 5 years of international sales and/or business development experience, preferably in international organisations, foreign direct investment promotion or economic development, at a managerial position;
(c) A strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English with excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Putonghua; and
(d) Broad knowledge of the business environment for geographic markets under the purview of the Chengdu ETO and relevant working experience are important; experience of living and/or doing business in Hong Kong would be an asset; and willing to travel within the Mainland and to Hong Kong.
Salary Range Before Tax
Starting from RMB16,189 (including individual contribution to social insurance and housing provident fund)
